The Wine Bar is Moving

in Old Town La Quintawine bar la quinta

The Wine Bar in Old Town La Quinta is moving across the street after many years in the same location!  Saturday July 26th is the last day it will be open until it re-opens Labor Day weekend as The Wine Bar Bistro in it's new location on Avenida La Fonda- former site of The Desert Sage.

The Wine Bar Bistro will serve a full bar with cocktails, and an expanded dinner menu.  They will still focus on great wine, wine tastings, wine club and a moderately priced menu.

We look forward to enjoying The Wine Bar Bistro when it opens for next season in Old Town La Quinta!

At least The Wine Bar isn't closing down.  All you need to do is hit up the new location to enjoy some wine in La Quinta.

Hi Kathy ... it is nice to know that the new venue will offer more on the menu in both food and drink.  Nice localism post.  You need to do postcards of the current site since it will no longer be.

Everyone and that includes businesses must make room for expansion or improvement.  I bet it will be welcomed with open arms

Kathy - You do such a great job in keep La Quinta residents well-informed on great places to eat and drink!  You're the one to call for local real estate and community information!

Kathy, take deep breaths.  That's what I had to do for way longer than 5 weeks this year.  I.m told that change is good but as I age I'm not so sure.  Maybe, good for wine, but not too much for me.  CHEERS!

HI Kathy - sounds like a great new venue in a new location, and I am sure it will be a success.
